Alyssa Milano, who turned 40 last December, is feeling better than ever about her looks — and she credits her son, Milo, 2. “After having him, I became more comfortable with my body,” the Mistresses star exclusively tells In Touch.
The actress has been making men swoon ever since she played beautiful tomboy Samantha Micelli on ’80s sitcom Who’s the Boss? Now the star is feeling more confident than ever, telling the new issue of In Touch, “Once you learn what the body was actually made to do, it’s easy to forgive your cellulite. I think I look my hottest.”
And she plans to maintain her weight in a healthy fashion and age gracefully — noting that she’s not leaning toward plastic surgery any time soon. “I’ve decided I’m going to try to grow old without any of that stuff,” she tells the mag.
First, some qualifications: Two years ago, Milano launched her own line of female-focused NFL apparel, Touch. Her father-in-law has worked the chain gang for the Giants for 35 years. Plus, her TV father, Tony Micelli on Who’s the Boss? was a retired baseball player. And she’s currently hosting the new season of Project Runway All Stars, which has nothing to do with anything except for the fact that it premieres around the same time as this year’s football season.

As far as TV actresses go, Alyssa Milano is an admired thespian of the small screen. Milano has been captivating audiences with her gorgeous smile for almost three decades—from playing little Samantha Micelli in Who’s The Boss? to Phoebe Halliwell in the Charmed series, and now via her new role in ABC’s Mistresses and as the host of Lifetime’s Project Runway All Stars. We have literally grown up with Milano! And just like us, she is now a mother—having given birth to her son Milo last August.
